Ole Red Home Services LLC: Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
Ole Red Home Services LLC (hereafter "the Company") agrees to provide the services described in the estimate/invoice, which may include pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and trash bin cleaning.
2. Homeowner Responsibilities
To ensure the safety of your property and our team, the homeowner agrees to:
Water Access: Provide an exterior water source with steady pressure.
Secure the Premises: Ensure all windows and doors are tightly shut.
Clear the Area: Remove all sensitive items (patio furniture, plants, decorations, vehicles) from the work zone.
Pet/Child Safety: Keep pets and children indoors for the duration of the service.
Electrical Safety: Ensure all exterior outlets are covered or turned off.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
3-Day Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled service date.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 3 days' notice will incur a $50.00 fee. If a deposit was paid at the time of booking, it will be retained to cover this fee.
4. Damage & Liability
Pre-Existing Conditions: The Company is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as loose siding, cracked windows, brittle roof tiles, or oxidized paint that may become apparent after cleaning.
Watertight Integrity: While we take every precaution, the Company is not liable for water intrusion into the home due to faulty seals on windows, doors, or vents.
Our Guarantee: If the Company is found to be directly at fault for damage through negligence or improper technique, we will act in good faith to repair or replace the damaged item.
Vegetation: While we use professional-grade "soft wash" techniques and plant protection protocols, the homeowner is responsible for ensuring sensitive plants are watered before and after our visit to minimize risk from runoff.
5. Roof Cleaning (Soft Wash)
The homeowner acknowledges that our roof cleaning follows ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association) standards. We use a low-pressure chemical treatment. Some moss or lichen may take several rain cycles to fully detach after treatment.
6. Trash Bin Cleaning
Bins must be empty of all trash at the time of service. If a bin contains hazardous waste or heavy debris, the Company reserves the right to skip that bin to protect our equipment.
7. Payment & Deposits
Scheduling Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 may be required at the time of booking to secure your slot on our schedule. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice total upon completion of the work.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unpaid balances after 30 days may be subject to late fees.
